About Me

Hello! I’m a communications professional with a background in journalism and digital strategy. I’m passionate about creating impactful communication campaigns, crafting compelling narratives, and connecting with audiences through clear, creative, and purposeful storytelling.

As the Digital Media Manager for National Security Leaders for America, I oversee outreach across multiple platforms and develop messaging that strengthens engagement among a nationwide network of retired military and civilian leaders. I manage website updates, coordinate integrated campaigns, and use analytics to evaluate performance, refine strategy, and strengthen audience connection. I also collaborate with news outlets including CNN, MSNBC, and The Hill to help share our members’ perspectives on national security issues.

My foundation in writing and audience engagement comes from my time at Penn State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Print and Digital Journalism with a minor in Sociology. My experience as a staff writer for Onward State and as a facilitator for World in Conversation helped me develop strong communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to craft stories that inform, connect, and inspire.

My global experiences have also shaped my perspective as a storyteller. Studying abroad in Seville, Spain, and participating in programs like the Bakala Foundation Journalism Bootcamp in Prague and The School of The New York Times summer program deepened my understanding of international issues and cross-cultural communication.
